Welcome to this new Blawg!

I created this blog (some lawyers call it a "blawg") to provide some day-to-day information that may be helpful to those dealing with family law issues in Arizona. I'm hopeful that eventually people will be able to find a substantial amount of helpful divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance and other Arizona legal information here. Please feel free to notify me of legal / divorce topics that may be of interest so that I can address them.

Of course, the posted information is my personal opinions, general in nature and may not apply to anyone's particular divorce or other legal circumstance so you should consult an Arizona lawyer in person for information that applies to your particular facts. Please do not take legal action based on what you find here; instead, simply use it as a point at which to start a discussion with a lawyer who might be handling your case. And please be aware that Arizona law changes and so I cannot guarantee the currency of the legal information on here, particularly for older posts as this develops. Since I only practice in Arizona, the information contained herein will apply to Arizona and not to any other state or jurisdiction.

Finally, the spammers found this blog and began their mass postings to sell whatever it is that they sell and so I have blocked posts. However, please email any questions or comments and I will do my best to address them. Thank you for understanding!
