Filing Fees Increase in Maricopa County Superior Court

Unfortunately, filing fees have gone up as much as $40 for family court filings as of March 1, 2005. New dissolution of marriage petitions, for example, are now $276. The good news, I guess, is that you still do not have to pay every time you file something on a case but mostly only when you either start a new case or file a new post-decree petition, such as a petition to modify custody or child support. It appears that most post-decree filings will remain $61. Certain things, such as Subpoena issuance, are always a little extra during a case.
